We bring to your attention a RARE Soviet COLLECTION handmade cigarette case made by prison inmates for the birthday of a cellmate. In the prisons of the USSR, there was a tradition of making small household items from scrap materials: metal and organic glass (acrylic resin). Such objects are part of the prison art of the USSR. The cigarette case is made of brass, organic glass and fabric. It has a dedicatory inscription and is dated 1979. It is in excellent collectible condition and is easy to open and close.
