Vintage Mother of Pearl Ladies Cigarette Case with lighter. The pattern on the lid it 2 roses w/ starburst accents in Gold tone. When the lid is opened, the lighter pups up and can be removed. All information is to the best of my knowledge and a very lovely piece.
